Contact debtors with outstanding balances via telephone & e-mail to investigate root cause(s) of non-payment.
Independently research and resolve billing and/or payment discrepancies Collaborate & coordinate action steps with upper management Detail oriented and ability to complete tasks accurately with a sense of urgency Ability to work independently and be self-motivated Monday-Friday 9:

30 Knowledge of HIPAA, FDCPA, and insurance billing a plus.
Bilingual a plus.
